Chemosol Exhibited Laser Cutters, Printers And DTF Solutions At FESPA Africa And Sign Africa Expo

Chemosol exhibited its laser cutters, printers and DTF solutions at the recent FESPA Africa and Sign Africa Expo, which ran from 11-13 September at Gallagher Convention Centre.

The Epson SureColor F7200 is a professional digital dye sublimation roll-to-roll printer developed for the production of high-quality printed textiles. The S40610 can print on clear film, vinyl, canvas, photographic paper and more.

The F6400H is a six colour dye sublimation printer that has been developed for textile producers, promotional goods businesses and photographic studios. The F500 is designed to help businesses expand their product offerings, and is Epson’s first 60.9cm dye-sublimation printer. The F220 can directly print onto T-shirts and other clothes.

Also at the stand was the BASCO CUT E-24AX cutting solution featuring a maximum cutting width of 680mm and a maximum cutting speed of 900mm/s.

The CMA-6040 Universal laser cutting machine can be used for both cutting and engraving. It is suitable for almost all non-metal materials such as cloth, leather, wool, acrylic, wooden products, rubber, crystal and ceramic tile.

The CMA1390-K laser cutting and engraving machine is suitable for almost all non-metal materials such as rubber, plastics, organic glass, leather, ceramic tile, crystal, jade, bamboo etc. It is especially suitable for engraving round and quadrate objects such as cups, tea boxes, cylinders etc.

The CMA1810-V laser cutting machine features a CCD camera positioning system and automatic compensation for subtle fabric tensile deformation.

Also at the stand was the company’s Hanrun PRO DTF printing solutions. Each unit comes with a powder dispenser, shaker unit and curing oven.
