Rexx Screen and Digital Supplies is showcasing its latest equipment at the FESPA Africa and Sign Africa Expo, taking place 11-13 September at Gallagher Convention Centre from 9am-5pm.
Xinflying XF450 Pro 42cm Compact DTF Printer And Shaker
This unit will be running with the company’s Rexx DTF PRO inks using its PRO hot peel film. This is an ideal starter machine with quality delivered by two I1600 printheads.
Xinflying 60cm (C602+C650H) Compact DTF Printing Solution
This model will be running with the company’s exclusive Rexx Premium DTF ink and Premium instant peel film. This is an ideal unit for those needing greater capacity and speed from two I3200 printheads.
Xinflying (C605+H6502) New Flagship 60cm Printing Solution
With printing speeds of 23 square metres per hour on 6 passes, this is currently the fastest machine in its class. Also showcased will be the new 1.2m 8 head Xinflying (L1208 + H1300) printing solution, and Mycolour 30cm UV DTF printer, which is a great addition to any versatile branding business.
Heat Presses
These include a premium double heated cap press, Auto Open Manual Heat Press and the Twin Station Electric Shuttle Heat Press (with laser alignment and lifting movable stand with pedal).
Also at the stand will be speciality transfer films from SEF, including puff, flock, silicone, and others; an eco-friendly line of screen cleaning products from Easiway (Rexx have both direct application and dip tank systems, which are highly effective and drain safe); and RexxT apparel, which are premium quality combed cotton enzyme washed T-shirts, hoodies and sweats for the best garment printing results.
The company will also showcase new capabilities in the workflow and colour management space as partners with Caldera software solutions.
Furthermore, the company will run a 41cm drum 1.8m dye sublimation heat press, which will be paired with the 1904 1.8m dye sublimation printer. This printer will be using Rexx Premium dye sublimation inks printing onto the newly released 100g dye sublimation paper.
Also showcased will be a 3.2m 8 head dye sublimation printer, printing directly onto textile for gazebo and umbrella fabric.
Visitors can also learn about the company’s new screen stretching services in Johannesburg, as well as various pre-press and printing consumables.
